About Steven Brown

Oldest of 6 kids, Born & Raised on the Oregon Coast. Stayed in Oregon until 19 years of age, Graduated high school there and then served a LDS Church mission in San Diego for 2 years. Returned to San Diego and stayed an additional 8 years. Then after, moving to Brigham City Utah, I went to work at the Airbag plant for 13 years. In the end worked as a Drafter/Designer in the Machine Design & Build Group. Creating automated machines from concept to full working, push the button and make airbag components, machine.

Moved to Southern Utah in 2002. Could not find any companies to pay a decent wage for Mechanical Drafting skills, so I took various jobs before settling into a job framing homes. After a few months, the General building contractor hired me to work the front office to Sell New homes. Started selling new homes in 2005 and launched my Real Estate career. Having built my own home in Brigham City in 1999, I did 95% of the work. I know the process and good building techniques. I can spot cut corners in new construction and red flags a potential home buyer should be aware of. My construction experience has assisted me in leading families in their own new construction process. Negotiating prices and upgrades and knowing the construction timelines, step by step.

Currently married to an amazing Brazilian woman since 2008. Adopted my daughter and have her living at home with us. I am the father of 8 kids. 7 girls and 1 son. 10 Grand-kids & counting………………
