I had been with another realtor for two months who did little to sell my house. I did not want to make a move in the winter, so I was anxious to get a good listing by summer. I finally took the house off the market because nothing was happening with the first realtor. You came to my door about the middle of May. I wasn't sure I wanted to list the house again. I was impressed with the fact that you were not pushy and were well presented. I didn't want to show interest at first until I knew more about you but decided to call you back a few days later. You indicated you help elderly clients!! I've never been sorry for that decision. When you returned to talk about the possible sale, you filled my water softener with salt pellets and changed the air filter. Everything you promised at our first meeting was followed up. You sent photographers to take shots of the various rooms. Your put out your sign and began to bring in several prospective buyers. You indicated that your family worked as a unit helping elderly clients, and sure enough, your wife and daughter came two different evenings and helped pack kitchen cupboards for several hours. On June 5 you called with the good news that you had a full-price offer. The whole things took a little less than three weeks. I could not bring all my furnishings to a smaller place in Oregon, and you negotiated a fair price for the items the buyer wanted to keep. You arranged for an appraiser and an evaluator to come in a timely fashion and kept me posted on their findings. You promised to provide packing boxes which you did, then took away the leftover boxes that we did not use. This would have been a monumental job for me. You furnished two young men to help load the truck and stayed around to check that things went smoothly. In fact you were still at the house when the truck pulled out so you could take away last-minute garbage, etc., on June 29. I appreciate your call when my sister and I were driving a car and a truck to Oregon to see whether our trip was going well. It was. I am settling into my new place in Oregon now. I thank you so much for all your help with selling the house and for helping me through the process. I would recommend you to anyone selling a home, especially an elderly person. Best of luck to you as you continue to help people through the difficult procedures connected with relocating. To top off everything, you gave me a beautifully bound book with photographs of my home in Hurricane which is providing good memories. Thank you!! N. Jeanie Arnett
5 star service, on every level. He is a fantastic Real Estate Agent, and an exceptional friend and fellow business owner. I can always count on Steven and his team to give us real referrals we can trust. Finding a local Southern Utah resident who i can count on has given us such security. Thank you Steven!!!!
Look no further for your Utah real estate team. Steven has got you covered. The Wilson Family.
Honestly, you are one of the most upstanding, ethical, generous of spirit, helpful ...."Above and Beyond" person that I have ever met! You helped pull off a miracle with the help of Heavenly Father, to get me into the home & neighborhood of my dreams. You make everything seem easy, with a "No, problem" to every little concern. Your great council to me during negotiations..... I am blessed that you were my Agent & blessed to call you a friend. Thank you for all you did for me & the house. Susan D
From past experiences and the stories of others, I expected to work with someone who had their own interests in mind. I soon found that was not the case at all working with Steve Brown. From day one, he made himself available on my schedule and worked to meet my needs. He continually took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and explain the process. He was always honest and straight forward. I could not have trusted him more. Steve fought for me through several setbacks in my lending process. Without his diligence, I do not believe I would own my home today. Steve Brown went above and beyond for me, and I have no doubt he will do the same for you!
We love our Ivins home and could not have gotten it without him. Buying a home when you are not right there in the town can be scary but he was right there to assure us everything would be OK. Thanks Steve for all of your hard work, patience and kindness! SB
George home. We honestly do not know how we could have done it without you. It is a very busy and challenging time in our lives and being out of state made it very difficult to move items out and prepare the home for sale. Your expertise, knowledge and professional contacts were invaluable to this process and the completion of this transaction. Thank you Steve!
Extremely prompt. Punctual. Quick responses. Serious. Fun. You've heard of the expression "THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE"? Steven IS the above-and-beyond real estate agent, and he will go that extra mile, whatever it may be. A truly honest person, who is going to tell it to you straight - he actually cares about making you happy, and protecting his reputation. If he thinks a house is a dud, he'll give you his honest opinion - wishing to make sure that you're in good hands, rather than just grabbing a commission. If you want to buy a house in Washington County- this is the person you should be talking to. If you're selling, I'm sure Steven is every bit as good at that task as well. I was a first time home buyer who some folks didn't take seriously because of my age, self employment status - etc. STEVEN TOOK ME SERIOUSLY and that means a lot.
Your hard work and the dedication you put into helping us get into the home we have today, we simply cannot thank you enough!!
Back in October Gary and I started building a home. Due to some setbacks we chose to wait to tell everyone we officially signed. But as of 9am this morning we have a new house. Thank you to our awesome Realtor Steven Brown. I recommend him to anyone looking to Buy. He goes above and beyond to get exactly what we want. Here's to bigger & brighter future!!! #aroom4everyone #kidsexcited #settlingdown
We would highly recommend you to anyone interested in buying or selling.
Coming from California where things are done so very different, you both made this process very easy. i will be recommending you both. It’s a good thing Social Distance wasn’t more than 6’ I would of never gotten my keys?
With each encounter, his main objective had been to give us excellent “customer service”. Because of the outstanding service we received from STEVE from the VERY FIRST CALL, we were convinced that there was no reason to look into other options for a Realtor. It was a pleasure to know that he was doing all he could to help us find a home … and he did! Because we were out-of-state buyers, there were “hurdles” to overcome with inspections, the appointments with those technicians and repairs to monitor. When we couldn’t be there, Steve was! Every step of the way! In our book, THAT is called “above and beyond the call of duty.” Sadly, in 2019, it is sometimes hard to find people who are conscientious, overly helpful and courteous all at the same time? Steve was. Steve is. We commend him for the “personalized service” he has extended to us throughout this ENTIRE (sometimes very stressful) PROCESS. Like us, we know that any potential client will immediately view him as an important “benefit” in their search for a new home. Although he has recently joined this office … we are confident Red Rock Real Estate has recognized Steve as a true asset to their organization … and the “Up & Coming Star” that he is! Thank you to STEVE BROWN for his “5-Star Service” and RED ROCK REAL ESTATE for having him on their Staff. Terri & Louis A. Walsh III Washington, UT 84780
