What I hear most from my relocating clients is they are done with the Sanctuary cities, homelessness and drugs. Never ending taxes.

Even though I am not from Utah, but I have Pioneer roots and family here. That was the first thing.
But I Just fell in love with the wide open spaces. Clear blue skies, Crystal clear rivers and lakes. The open roads and never ending, panoramic landscape.
Where familes values are strong and people greet with a smile and Hello. Neighbors look out for each other and community service is visible all over the state.
With low crime and clean neighborhoods are framed in the some of the most beautiful landscapes in the country.
So if you prefer Parades over protests, Family Bbq's over riots. Serving our neighbors rather than loot and destroy, If you prefer wide open roads to gridlock and road rage,
